Useful things to include

• Bug reports: the tool you used, your browser and device, and what happened. If you can share the GIF, attach it, since many problems only show up with a particular file.
• Feature requests: the task you were trying to do and where the GIF is going (Discord, email, a website and so on).
• Privacy requests: see the Privacy Policy for what data exists. We don't have accounts or copies of your files, so most requests are about cookies and ads.

GIF Ready never asks for passwords or payment details by email.
